Let’s suppose you are building a new pool. Almost surely, a mosaic will be put inside it, so why not having something special for it? You have a project of the pool and possibly photos of what’s around, plus some starting ideas about the decoration (maybe an image or a logo).
Example of our starting point
Our input project is often a PDF produced from a CAD software. It may come from an architect or engineer. But it can also be an handmade sketch or a serie of dimensions along with instructions.
Ok, now you know what you want: a logo, an image or some kind of graphics. You make a sketch and send us what you have. You start getting the high-resolution simulations of your next pool.
Make a sketch is not like making a project. It can be very difficult to draw a mosaic if you do not have all the necessary knowledge. And you need to know at least the main sizes and typologies of the commercially available materials.
Send us the images you want to use inside your project. They can be as big as the project itself or as simple decoration element to be used with others. Use backgrounds, textures or any other image but remember: small and simple images work better. The more complex an image is the more difficult it is to make a mosaic out of it. Again many colors usually means rising costs. And if you want maximum details you will need to use 10 mm tiles.
We start from the biggest part, the bottom of the pool. Then we have to work on the other elements as well. There are many possibilities to discuss. Some choices will raise expenses other won’t work so well.
Now that you are getting more and more experience, you take aware decisions about your project. Things start changing and changing until…
